HSIL is shown (liquid-based preparation, ThinPrep). In this specimen, diagnostic HSIL cells are present. Even if these cells are observed in the background of a majority of low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion cells elsewhere on the slide, the final interpretation should be HSIL (From: The Bethesda System for Reporting Cervical Cytology.
