Abstract
GesprÄche mit missbrauchten oder misshandelten Kindern sind unausweichlich durch mehrere Strukturkonflikte gekennzeichnet: Auf der einen Seite sind die Kinder Opfer von Gewalt, auf der anderen Seite sind sie Zeugen des Missbrauchs oder einer Misshandlung. Es werden Erfahrungen aus der ambulanten und stationÄren Arbeit sowie Ausschnitte von Fallanalysen beschrieben. Sie kÖnnen zu einem besseren VerstÄndnis von betroffenen Kindern beitragen und die therapeutische Arbeit bereichern. Es werden vier Thesen Über die Besonderheit der GesprÄchssituation mit misshandelten Kindern aufgestellt, die anhand von Fallvignetten und einer empirischen Praxisstudie illustriert und untermauert werden.
