Prokrastination ist eine verbreitete, klinisch bedeutsame Störung der Selbststeuerung. Es wird eine kognitiv-verhaltenstherapeutische Intervention vorgestellt, die sich auf das Aufschieben des Beginnens einer Tätigkeit und die mangelnde oder unrealistische Planung von Tätigkeiten konzentriert. Entsprechend werden in der vorgeschlagenen Intervention in zwei Modulen pünktliches Beginnen und realistisches Planen eingeübt. Die einzelnen Schritte eines standardisierten Vorgehens werden in 5 Sitzungen beschrieben. Das Training ist sowohl im Gruppensetting als auch im Einzelsetting durchführbar. Bei der Evaluation der Durchführung im Gruppensetting fanden wir überzeugende Präpost-Effektstärken.
