1. En ce qui concerne les tumeurs du testicule, le traitement des seminomes est bien codifié: l’association castration et radiothérapie sur les gîtes ganglionnaires donne régulièrement de bons résultats éloignés. La radiosensibilité des seminomes permet parfois d’obtenir des survies intéressantes pour des tumeurs traitées à un stade avancé. Faut-il limiter l’irradiation à l’étage sousdisphragmatique ou faut-il l’étendre au mé-diastin et aux creux susclaviculaires? Les avis sont partagés. Pour les dysembryomes le curage ganglionnaire abdominal voit ses modalités discutées; certains le font unilateral mais l’étendent vers le haut audessus du pédicule renal jusqu’aux piliers du diaphragme. Beaucoup sont partisans du curage bilateral par voie médiane transpéritonéale. L’adjonction de la chimiothérapie paraît intéressante mais le recul est encore limité. 2. Le cancer de la prostate est traité par les oestrogènes; dans certaines formes évoluées la corticothérapie, la destruction hypophysaire allongent la survie et la rendent moins douloureuse. Le nombre des cas justiciables d’une prostatectomie totale est très réduit. 3. L’utilisation du greffon intestinal en urologie à vu préciser son intérêt par le Professeur Cibert, qui a pu faire état d’une statistique personnelle de 338 cas comprenant des indications urétérales et vésicales.
