Bei ciner 34jährigen Frau kam es begünstigt durch eine hämorrhagische Diathèse zu einer beídseitigen massiven Hämaturie. Die Hohlraumsysteme beider Nieren und Ureteren waren schlagartig mit Koagelmassen ausgefüllt, so daβ eine lang anhaltende Obstruktionsanurie entstand. Nach Anlegen einer rechtsseitigen Nephrostomie setzte die Harnausscheidung über den Fistelschlauch wieder ein, so daβ das bedrohliche Krankheitsgeschehen beherrscht werden konnte. Die gewonnenen Ergebnisse der Blutgerinnungsuntersuchungen wurden diskutiert und der Versuch unternommen, den mutmaβlichen Ablauf der Gerinnungsstörung bei diesem uns bislang nicht bekannten Krankheitsbild zu deuten.
