An 33 mit BSD behandelten Patienten mit vorwiegend entzündlichen Dunn- und Dickdarmerkrankungen konnten wir durch die Geschmacksverbesserung einer eiweiβreichen Elementardiät eine im Vergleich zur Behandlungsdauer mit Vivasorb®-Elementardiät langfristigere Diät durchführen. Dies war durch Verwendung bestimmter Fruchtsäfte, verschiedener Teesorten, Suppen und Geschmackskorrigenzien möglich. Dadurch konnten wir die bei der Applikation von BSD von seiten des Geschmacks auftretenden Schwierigkeiten weitgehend beheben.
