Abstract
Im Vergleich zur öffentlichen Apotheke werden in der Krankenhaus-apotheke noch sehr viele Medikamente selbst hergestellt. Hier sind besonders die Infusionslösungen zu erwähnen, mit deren Herstellung groβe Einsparungen am Kliniketat erzielbar sind und die in der Therapie in den letzten 15 Jahren eine zunehmende Bedeutung er-langt haben. Für eine rationelle Produktion sind räumliche, apparative und personelle Voraussetzungen Grundbedingung. Mit Ausnahme von Gelatine-Lösungen und Fettemulsionen sind heutzutage in den Krankenhausapotheken alle in der Therapie üblichen Infusionslösungen herstellbar.Die Möglichkeiten der Eigenherstellung werden am Herstellungs-programm der Würzburger Universitätsapotheke erläutert.
