In the article “The Response and Tolerability of a Novel Cold Atmospheric Plasma Wound Dressing for the Healing of Split Skin Graft Donor Sites: A Controlled Pilot Study” [Skin Pharmacol Physiol 2021;34(6):328–336, DOI: 10.1159/000517524] by van Welzen et al., the authors found that in the Results section (paragraph “Association with Anticoagulant Therapy and Other Patient Parameters) “Statistical evaluation revealed an association only for age” should read “Statistical evaluation revealed a significant association only for age”. In the same Results section and paragraph, the lower bound of the confidence interval for the overall effect of anticoagulation therapy on NIR needs to read “0.24” instead of “–0.25”. Furthermore, in the same Results section and paragraph, “Diabetes did not show association” should read “Diabetes did not show a statistically significant association”.
