Wir berichten Über 12jÄhrige Erfahrungen mit der Laserchirurgie im HNO-Bereich. An der HNO-UniversitÄtsklinik Budapest wurden bis heute 1150 Kehlkopfoperationen mit dem Laser durchgefÜhrt. Die Anwendung des Lasers ist sehr erfolgreich sowohl bei gutartigen als auch bei bÖsartigen Tumoren des Kehlkopfes. In vielen Fallen wurden die Kehlkopfoperationen unter Jet-Narkose durchgefÜhrt. Die Laserchirurgie gewÄhrleistet bei Tumoren des Stimmbandes gute SpÄtergebnisse. Die Laserbehandlung der PrÄkanzerosen ist minimal invasiv und ein ideales Mittel zur PrÄvention von bÖsartigen Tumoren. Die Lasertechnik wird auch bei Reinke-Ödem angewandt. Ein minimal invasiver Eingriff beeintrÄchtigt nicht die QualitÄt der Stimme. Wir berichten auch Über endoskopische Laserchirurgie von Nase und NasennebenhÖhlen, wo neben dem CO2-Laser auch der Nd-YAG-Laser angewandt wird. Vor allem gutartige Tumoren, Blutungen und Rezidivtumoren kÖnnen mit dem Laser behandelt werden. Kleine Tumoren des Rachens werden ebenfalls mit dem Laser entfernt. Die lasergestÜtzte Behandlung des Schnarchens mit Uvulopharyngoplastik zeigt hervorragende Ergebnisse. Wir empfehlen ausserdem den Laser fÜr die Parazentese und fÜr die Behandlung der Myringitis bullosa.
