Bei 175 Neugeborenen und SÄuglingen mit einem HÖrstÖrungsrisiko haben wir die klickevozierten otoakustischen Emissionen (EOAE) Über einen Zeitraum von 6 Monaten untersucht. Es zeigte sich, dass mit dieser Untersuchungsmethode frÜhzeitig kochleÄre FunktionsstÖrungen festgestellt werden kÖnnen. Dieses nichtinvasive objektive Verfahren stellt eine gute ErgÄnzung in der pÄdaudiologischen FrÜhdiagnostik dar. Die Ergebnisse der Untersuchungen werden detailliert dargestellt und die AussagefÁhigkeit sowie die Grenzen dieser Untersuchungsmethode diskutiert.
