20 Tumorpatienten, die unter zytostatischer Chemotherapie starke gastrointestinale Beschwerden hatten, die mit Standardantiemetika nicht zu beherrschen waren, wurden in einem zweiten identischen Chemotherapiezyklus mit dem Cannabinoid Levonantradol behandelt. 17 Patienten (85%) hatten weniger Übelkeit und Erbrechen, davon waren 5 beschwerdefrei, bei 8 war die Häufigkeit des Erbrechens um über die Hälfte reduziert. Nebenwirkungen traten häufig auf, wobei besonders Müdigkeit, Schwindelgefühle (12/20) sowie psychische Nebenwirkungen (8/20) als unangenehm empfunden wurden.
