Der Magen-Darm-Trakt ist einer der häufigsten Manifestationsorte eines extranodalen Non-Hodgkin-Lymphoms. Mitgeteilt werden die Befunde von 27 Patienten mit Non-Hodgkin-Lymphomen des Magen-Darm-Trakts. Von den Patienten waren 13 Frauen und 14 Manner aller Altersstufen mit einem Häufigkeitsmaximum im 7. Lebensjahrzehnt. Innerhalb des Magen-Darm-Traktes war der Magen der bei weitem häufigste Manifestationsort. Bei 2 Patienten war der gesamte Gastrointestinaltrakt befallen. 12 Patienten hatten bei Diagnosestellung bereits ein Stadium IV. Die histologische Einteilung nach der Kiel-Klassifikation zeigte 11 Lymphome niedriger und 16 Lymphome hoher Malignität. Der Verlauf war wesentlich bestimmt durch das Ausgangsstadium, weniger durch den histologischen Typ. Abschließend werden die therapeutischen Möglichkeiten diskutiert.
