Die vorläufigen Ergebnisse der Neutronentherapie von 104 Patienten werden analysiert. Bei der Mehrzahl handelte es sich um fortge-schrittene oder rezidivierende Tumoren. Bei 55 Patienten wurden vollständige Tumorrückbildungen erzieït, bei 22 Patienten waren es partielle Tumorrückbildungen (Tumorvolumen ≤ 50 % des Ausgangs-befundes). 19 Patienten entwickelten Rezidive, 15 von diesen hatten reduzierte Dosen erhalten. In 8 Fallen versagte die Therapie. Bei strenger Indikationsstellung ist zur Zeit eine Komplikationsrate von etwa 10 % zu erwarten.
