In the article entitled “Gestational Age-Related Urinary Peptidome Changes in Preterm and Term Born Infants” [Neonatology. 2024; DOI: 10.1159/000535355] by Brasseler et al., due to a typographical error in Figure 1a, the category “Term born infants” is incorrectly listed as <37 weeks GA. This should correctly read ≥37 weeks GA.

The corrected Figure 1 is shown here.

Fig. 1.

a Participant selection flowchart. b Timepoints of urine sample collection. Representation of urine collection times. Each line represents one patient. The top line shows the weeks of gestation at the time of collection. The first column indicates whether the child is born premature (PI) or mature (TI) and the patient number. In the case of premature infants, urine samples were collected several times during the inpatient stay; in the case of mature infants, the sample was taken once on the 2nd to the 4th day of life. GA, gestational age; BW, birth weight; PI, preterm infants; TI, term born infants.
