First page of Expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of hereditary angioedema in China (2024 edition)

Hereditary angioedema is a rare, autosomal dominant inherited disease characterized primarily by recurrent cutaneous and/or submucosal edema. To standardize the diagnosis and treatment of hereditary angioedema, we revised and updated the 2019 edition of the expert consensus, which was established by large-scale clinical research data, domestic and international guidelines and consensuses, and thorough discussions among experts in relevant fields in China. The 2024 edition is applicable to both adult and pediatric patients with hereditary angioedema in China.
