In den vergangenen Jahren haben wir eine stetig zunehmende Anzahl an Eingriffen in der äusseren weiblichen Genitalregion durchgeführt. Darunter fielen am häufigsten Korrekturen der Schamlippen, gefolgt von Korrekturen der Klitoris und des Mons pubis. Insbesondere psychische, aber auch funktionelle Beschwerden waren ausschlaggebend für die Entscheidung zur Operation. Wie hier beschrieben, haben wir durch die grosse Fallzahl spezielle operative Techniken entwickeln können. Die Ergebnisse sind sowohl funktionell als auch ästhetisch zuverlässig und ansprechend bei geringer postoperativer Komplikationsrate und hoher Patientenzufriedenheit.
