Fragestellung: Bleibt die Reaktionsfähigkeit von Nabelschnurarterien innerhalb des ersten Tages post partum konstant? Methoden: 1, 6, 12 und 24 Stunden post partum werden Gruppen von Nabelschnurarterien-Gefäβringen mittels eines Kraftmessers auf ihre Reaktion nach Zugabe von PGF2α und Glyzeroltrinitrat untersucht. Ergebnisse: PGF2α lost eine Vasokontraktion, Glyzeroltrinitrat eine Vasodilataton der Nabelschnurarterien aus. Diese Reaktionen sind zu alien vier Zeitpunkten vom Ausmaβ her gleich. Jedoch ist die Schwankungsbreite der Daten 12 und 24 tunden post partum geringer als zu den vorhergehenden Messungen. Schluβfolgerungen: Die Reproduzíerbarkeit der Untersuchungen nimmt zur zweiten Hälfte des ersten postpartalen Tages zu. Für die groβe Schwankungsbreite in den ersten 6h pp könnten endogene Autakoide ursächlich sein.
