Es wird über eine 22jährige Patientin berichtet, die seit Kindheit an unklarem Flüssigkeitsabgang aus der Scheide litt. Es wurde die Diagnose doppelte Nieren- und Ureteranlage links mit Einmündung eines ektopen Harnleiters in die Zervix gesichert. Die retrograde Kontrastmit-teldarstellung legt den Schluss nahe, dass die Mündung in die Zervix über einen mit dem ektopen Harnleiter kommunizierenden Gartner-Gang erfolgte. Die ektope Anlage und der vermutete Gartner-Gang wurden anlässlich eines kombinierten abdominovaginalen Eingriffs entfernt. Am Beispiel dieses seltenen Falls werden Genese, Diagnostik, Differentialdiagno-stik und Therapie ektoper Ureteranlagen dargestellt.
