Abstract
87 Frauen mit mammographisch auffálligem Befund wurden mittels Farbdopplersonographie untersucht. Eine Dopplerfrequenzspektrumanalyse der 32 Mammakarzinome und 55 benignen Veränderungen ergab signifikante Unterschiede aller erhobenen Daten. Der Resistance-Index, mit einem artifiziellen Cut-off-Level von 0,70, erwies sich in unserer Studie als geeignetster Messparameter. Mit einer Sensitivität von 84%, einer Spezifität von 80%, bei einer positiven Korrektheit von 71% sowie einer negativen Korrektheit von 90% erscheint uns die Farbdopplersonographie als geeignete Methode zur weiteren Abklärung suspekter Herdbefunde der Mamma.
