Since 2016, European Addiction Research (EAR) and the European Federation of Addiction Societies (EUFAS) collaborate to present the EUROPEAN Addiction Research Award (typically abbreviated as EUFAS-EAR award) to an outstanding scientist in addiction research, inviting the winner to deliver a plenary presentation on their work and to publish an award article in EAR. The awardee will also receive a prize amount of 2500 Euros.
Our common mission is to contribute to the sharing of research and clinical excellence and connecting addiction professionals throughout Europe.
