Atrophic papulosis (AP) is a rare vasculopathy with pathognomonic skin lesions and a wide range of clinical manifestations. Patients with AP should be followed carefully as there is a continuum from the benign toward the malignant form of the disease. Deciphering the pathophysiology of AP had led to use complement inhibitor when systemic manifestations occur with a promising therapeutic result.
