Abstract
Präoperative Phase: Wichtigstes Ziel präoperativer Diagnostik bei Patienten mit kardialen Rhythmusstörungen ist die Suche nach einer zugrundeliegenden ernsten kardialen Begleiterkiankung und deren möglichst kausale Behandlung. Gute Vorbereitung senkt das Risiko perioperativer kardialer Komplikationen eindeutig. Intraoperative Phase: Intraoperativ treten schwere Rhythmusstörungen heute nur mehr mit einer Inzidenz zwischen 0,9 und 6% auf. Dabei gilt es zu differenzieren, ob es sich urn den Ausdruck einer akut aufgetretenen kardiorespiratorischen Störung oder urn die Rekapitulation des präoperativen Arrhythmiemusters handelt. Der Schrittmacherpatient bedarf eines speziellen perioperativen Managements.
