Although the relationship between streptococcal bacteremia and colorectal malignancy is rarely reported many doctors are still aware of the connection between Streptococcus bovis infection and this malignancy. On the other hand, there may be rare awareness of the association between infection with other streptococcal species and colorectal carcinoma. We herein presented a case of adenocarcinoma of the sigmoid colon presenting with Streptococcus viridans-related infective endocarditis.
