Glomerular Diseases is a first-in-class open-access journal focusing exclusively on the glomerulus. Its overarching purpose is to disseminate cutting-edge clinical knowledge and expertise coupled with innovation in enhanced morphological capture, genomics, molecular signatures, epigenetics, machine learning, and statistical analytics in order to accomplish precision medicine for patients with Glomerular Diseases. It will serve the international community of academicians, clinicians, clinical trialists, patients, and patient-centered organizations. Glomerular Diseases, as a forum for frontline clinical, basic, and informatics science as well as clinical practice, ultimately aims to improve patient care. Glomerular Diseases welcomes review articles and original research in the fields of clinical nephrology, renal pathology, analytical biostatistics, bioinformatics methods and their applications, as well as in basic science, genetics, genomics, proteomics, and biomarker discovery. The journal includes a patient-focused corner and publishes editorial and opinion pieces.
